You will use a different workflow for this project depending on whether clients are in the Overnight Parking Program or the Day Access center. Use the links below to jump to the correct workflow.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
Day Access Client Workflow (ShelterPoint)
These clients will be checked into the Oasis Showers SHELTERPOINT project using a typical ShelterPoint Workflow. Then you will need to use Transmit Check-out List to check out all clients at the end of the day.
Click on ShelterPoint in the menu on the left navigation bar. Select CCS – OASIS Showers SHELTERPOINT (7338) as the Provider and the Unit List as Shower Trailer, then select Check Client In.
Page down to the green check-in icon
Click on the icon and search by Client Name or Client ID. If you cannot find the Client, then they are not enrolled in OASIS yet. Stop this process - do not add a new client in this workflow! Use the ClientPoint Workflow to create the client and enroll them in OASIS. Then you can return to this process.
If this is the first time the Client has used the Shower Trailer, or if the Client has any previous bans, then you will get this alert:
Note: Bans can be removed by Agency Admins. Other alerts are informational and will not stop you from entering the client.
The next screen will show the Date In and “Unit” you are checking the client into. You should be entering for today’s date. If you got behind in data entry, be sure to change the Date In if you are checking in the client for the previous day.
Scroll down to find a list of all the Household Members. Check the box next to each client who is getting a shower on this date. Note: you do not need to click Assign Unit since all clients will be checked into Overflow
At the end of the day (or first thing the next morning), you will exit everyone from the “Unit” list. Be sure you are exiting on the same date as Date In.
Click on the Transmit Today’s Check Out List on the bottom right.
A pop-up window will come up, showing an Express Check Out List. Remember to:
- Confirm that the Current Check Out Date is correct (same as Date In date)
- If it is an earlier date, be sure to click Set Dates if you change the Current Check Out date. This will change the check out date for everyone in your list.
- Note: you are not required to complete the Supplies Returned check boxes
Click Check Out at the bottom of the formlet.
