If you entered a client into your project and later need to go back and change the project start date to an earlier date, you will have to re-enter the answers on the entry assessment.
Click on Shelters Module in the menu on the left. Select your project as the Provider and select the appropriate Unit List if your project uses more than one. Then select View All.
On the Unit List, find the client you are lookin for and click on their name link.
STOP!!! DO NOT CHANGE THE DATE YET!
Unless you have paper copies of all the client's data, you will need to first scroll down the page to see all of the original answers on the Entry Assessment. You can copy it down by hand or take screen shots (Shift + Windows logo key + S) of the assessment and all of its answers. For the HUD Verification Tables, click on the HUD Verification link and take a screen shot of the answers from their tables. Paste the screen shots (Ctrl + V) on another document (such as Word).
Entry Assessment:
After taking all of the screen shots, scroll back up to the top and change the start date (Date in).
Make sure you have all the original answers before saving!
Scroll back to the bottom of the page and click on Save. This will change the assessment back to the data that was there before you entered the client.
Scroll up to the Entry Assessment and compare what is shown now, with the screenshots you took before. Make any necessary changes before you click on Save & Exit.
