    2. New FPL Guidelines
      • Posted in System News on WellSky.   On the Lane County website.  Link is also located within the assessment.
    3. Data Security
      • Remember that you cannot look up clients in the system who are aren’t working with and you cannot share information to people who are not a WellSky license holder. 
      • Please prioritize your Data Security training – it is required for your HMIS license. 
    4. Front Door Assessors
      • Do you want to add a new FD assessor?   Email Jamie.Lusk@lanecountyor.gov
    5. Where did you stay when last housed? – Carly 
      • An important assessment question!   Please prioritize this if you have not in the past.  
    6. Longitudinal Systems Analysis (LSA): Submitted last week – thanks for all your amazing data quality work over the year.

  • PIT Count
    1. Thursday Feb 1st for the night of Wednesday 30th
    2. Make sure your services transactions are in quickly.  
    3. Take a look at the Unit Inventory dashboard after the 5th to make sure your inventory is correct.  Reminder will be sent out.  
      • If you need to make a change – email Melissa, and say the change in numbers as of what date. 
    4. RRH make sure you are running the HMID report to make sure everyone who needs them has a HMID
      • Report Location: Business Objects – PSH & RRH – “RRH and PSH Enrollments and Move-In Dates v3da
      • Can’t pull the report?  Email HSDHelpdesk@lanecountyor.gov 
  • APR/CAPER
    1. Errors are now called issues 
    2. Information missing has now been added to 6b/c
    3. Gender and Race/ethnicity has been updated (much longer now)
    4. 7a: People Housed
    5. 8a: Households Housed
    6. 23c shows Exit destinations if the destination is Rental with on going subsidy, 23d shows the subsidy
  • Service Transactions
    1. If you put in the incorrect amount, make sure you void it and re-enter the amount.  Don’t add 2 lines of the same funding source.
  • Move On Vouchers – Danielle 
    1. Support for PSH clients who may no longer need or want the intensive services that comes with PSH.

  • Reading the system 
    1. When doing a project entry, make sure you are looking at what other projects the clients are enrolled in.  Clients can not be in 2 housing/emergency shelter projects at once
