- COMMSH – started a warming shelter today

- Reminder: We just learned that we will not be able to use the PacificSource building – stay tuned for an updated location!

- Log into the Learning Hub: Sign in, save your progress, get credit.
- Use the links on the main page to get to interactive practice / videos.
- Required Trainings: Do you want to require your users to take trainings? Email the HelpDesk Mary can add required trainings to staff’s training accounts.

- HUD Data Standards Feedback
- To prevent and end homelessness effectively, we need to know who among us is experiencing housing insecurity and homelessness and how best to meet their needs. HUD and other Federal Partners require the collection of data into local HMIS
HUD is starting to update the HMIS Data Standards for Fiscal Year 2027 and is looking for feedback on changes you think are needed to better serve the people experiencing homelessness.
- Survey for Feedback will be sent out to all WellSky Users you can also just email Melissa with any feedback you have.
- Group activity – divided by project type.
- Feedback questions
- What HMIS data elements or questions do you find the most beneficial?
- What HMIS data elements or questions need improvement?
- What ideas do you have for improving these areas?
- Are there any elements that you believe are not needed?
- Is there information we should be collecting but are not?
- Can you provide examples of any barriers or difficulties you faced when collecting personal information required for HMIS data collection?
- Does WellSky meet your agencies needs? What are some pros and cons of our current vendor?
