Example
Completed Program Purpose of project fullfilledShelter - was sheltered by the program
HP - Received rent support and is stably housed
RRH - Housed and no other assistance needed
PSH - Moving On, Exiting to housing and services no longer needed

Criminal Activity/violenceIf police are called to the agency/project and individual needs to exit the project. Can also be used if client will no longer be in this program because they are in jail or prison
Disagreement with rules/personVoluntary - When a person disagrees with rules or people so they choose to leave
Lateral TransferMoving from project type to another same or similar project type-ES program to program coordinated 
-Moving from RRH to PSH or LTRA
Left householdHousehold member (not head of household) is no longer in the household. Can also be used if the person needs to exit and then re-enroll in the project due to household changes.
If there is a different Reason for Leaving that is a better fit, you can use that

Left for housing opp. Before completing programClient will be in some type of housing (including staying with friends or family) that was not provided by this project. Good for RRH/PSH When Client has no HMID and has located housing outside of the project, or when individual is moving out of the area-In RRH, but doesn't have HMID 
-Going to live with grandma in Nebraska
-Left for Treatment/sober living
Needs could not be metProject unable to provide supports needed for Activities of Daily Living; Program no longer has funds to support participant; housing is unavailable for this person; client determined to be ineligible for this project; client is seeking housing/services this program cannot provide. NOTE: Documenting what needs could not be met may be helpful in the "notes" section.Client has medical needs that the project does not have any support for
Non-compliance with programNon- Voluntary - Not complying to rules of project, repeated violations of program expectations, non payment of rent

A client's Reason for Leaving could be multiple of these options.  Pick whichever one is the best fit.

Reason for Leaving is separate from Destination.  These two things can be different.
