http://lccivlivefiles.lanecounty.org/Information/HHS/HMIS/Training/GreatCAPERCaper4.8.25/story.html

Miss Holiday's jewels have been stolen! You'll run a CAPER report for Happiness Hotel's Rapid Rehousing Project, find errors on the CAPER, and fix them, all while recovering the jewels and finding out the name of the thief. Kermit is counting on you! Good luck!

Attention Agency Admin!

Want to make one of your staff meetings fun this month? Have your HMIS users bring their laptops and complete The Great CAPER Caper in the meeting together.

Did you know?

The project name tells you whether you enter a client through the Clients Module or the Shelters Module?

All projects are named to help agencies remember which module to use when enrolling and exiting a client in a project. Clients must be entered through either the Clients module or the Shelters module. All programs that need to use the Shelters module have the word SHELTERPOINT at the end of the project name in all capital letters.

Of the projects listed on the right, can you decide which projects are enrolled through which module (Clients or Shelters)? The answers are found at the bottom of the page.

*Fun Fact*: The WellSky HMIS system, currently named Community Services, used to be named ServicePoint. In keeping with the theme, they named their navigation menu with modules like ClientPoint, SkanPoint, and ShelterPoint. When they changed the name to Community Services, they dropped the word Point from the menu. However, since some of our projects have carried over for many years, we still use the word ShelterPoint in the project name.

Does anyone remember this menu?

I was walking down the beach when I heard a swimmer yelling for help with a shark circling him.

I just laughed.... I knew that shark wasn't going to help him.

I once had a dream I was floating in an ocean of orange soda. It was more of a fanta sea.
