Adding a New User

New users will need to complete the New User Agreement. If they will be an agency admin, the user also needs to complete an Agency Administrator Agreement. Lane County will set up the account after the form has been submitted.


The Agency Admin is responsible for training the user on project-specific workflows. This training can start as soon as Lane County sets up the user's HMIS account.





The user also needs to complete a New User Orientation provided by Lane County. New User Orientation course and password set-up emails will be sent from LaneCountyHMIS (noreply@talentlms.com). New users have 2 weeks to complete the orientation before it expires, at which time a new user agreement needs to be submitted.
