• HSD Housing staff move-
  1. No longer in Charnelton building. Staff is at 1132 Lawrence as of Feb 1. New building has a training room
• Freshdesk – Carly
  1. Training guides have moved to FreshDesk . Old links may still be active but the information may not be up to date.
  2. You do not need to login to use the website. Questions can still be emailed to us or submitted as tickets through the website 
  3. If you do not already have a login, you will receive an email in the next 24 hours with a link to create your password
• New draft intake form – Melissa
  1. Creating new intake form.  Taking feedback until Friday 02/04. Once completed they will be translated into Spanish and posted onto Freshdesk 
• Bed inventory updates -  
  1. Lise will be sending out emails updates by Monday.  Need a response ASAP
• ART view update/training –Carly 
  1. ART will be replaced – likely sometime in March. You can test out the new report option by going to Reports in left menu à SAP BusinessObjects
  2. New reports still have bugs. We are not expecting anyone to go in here but you will not break anything if you do. We will send out more information soon.
  3. Agency Admin training on FD is really helpful – check out the slides for report prompts for different reports. This will be updated when we move to new ART.
