  • Updates
    1. Carly on Maternity leave.  
    2. Auto Exits 
      • Services Centers, Day access, Food Panty projects will auto exit at the end of June.  Must do new enrollments starting July 1st

 

  • What is happening at the Federal Level
    1. No official updates yet.  
    2. We know of one change to the Data Standards and that will be adding a sex male/female question.  This question will just be added to the assessments and will not be replacing gender.  For now, we anticipate this will happen in October.
  • User admin
    1. If users are set to inactive, read the notes as to why and please don’t make them active again.  Ex. – inactive because did not complete Data Security Training for 2025
    2. If users leave, please do not delete their profile, set them as inactive, send an email to the helpdesk letting us know 
  • HUD Data Standards Feedback 
    1. Survey was sent out. Have until May 9th to submit feedback.  Survey can be submitted as many times as you’d like.  Please encourage staff to complete HUD Data Standards Feedback Survey 
  • CLASSY 
    1. May 8th (9am-5pm), Registration will go out first part of April.  We will have about 100 spots.  Will be held at a new location, Hilton Garden Inn on Gateway.  We have some sessions open if anyone is interested in presenting
  • HMIS Newsletter 
    1. New! Look out for a monthly email from Mary to see monthly training opportunities. 
    2. Want to include something in the newsletter?  Email HSDHelpdesk@lanecountyor.gov!
  • Freshdesk & HMIS Training Updates – Mary

    2. Two ways to do the training
      • Log into the Learning Hub: Sign in, save your progress, get credit.  
      • Use the links on the main page to get to interactive practice / videos. 
    3. Required Trainings: Do you want to require your users to take trainings?  Email the HelpDesk and Mary can add required trainings to staff’s training accounts.  
    4. Agency Admin Manuals: Check out this new resource published for a document with easy instructions on how to do your agency admin responsibilities. 
  • Data Quality 
    1. The DQ team is doing quarterly reviews by project type.  Look out for emails every few months to see a check in on your HMIS project.   
    2. Special Shoutout to projects with two consecutive quarters of perfect DQ: 
      • COMMSH – Elderly Rent HP, DevNW – Evergreen TH, LG – Cascara TH, LH – The Nel PSH, LH – FUSE SO, & SVDPH – The Phoenix House ? 
  • Coordinated Entry Office Hours: 
    1. First Tuesday of the month at 10am – come in with questions for Jamie and the Coordinated Entry Team
  • Next Meeting 
    1. No May meeting since we will have CLASSY 
    2. July meeting will in person
