Did you know?
You can enter in joint information for an entire family at one time when completing entry assessments?
When completing an entry assessment for a household of people you can use the Add Household Data button, saving you time and helping with consistency of information between household members. You will still need to fill out the individual information for each person, but it is a helpful time saver.
The button is located on the top right of the assessment, directly across from the list of household members (see picture below).
The information that appears on the household data pop-up includes the Length of Time Homeless section, the Enrollment CoC info, the Client's Current Residence, and the Household Info section. When you enter information here, it will auto-populate to all the members of the household.
There is a Client Contact Info section at the bottom, however, it does not auto-populate to other household members. I wish I had a good reason for this, but I do not. ?
