We are moving the Race and Gender questions!
On every assessment, the Race and Ethnicity and Gender questions took up a significant portion of the top of the Entry Assessment.
To visually shorten the assessment, we are moving these questions to the Client Profile tab.
What does this mean for you? Now, these questions will only appear:
If you work at an agency that is funded by CoC, YHDP, ESG, RHY, PATH, VASH, SSVF or GPD funding, this is also where you will find the new question for sex, located in the Client Record section.
