  • Freshdesk guide updates

  1. Remind staff that Freshdesk exists, to communicate it with staff
  2. What’s New on the HelpDesk
  3. Auto responder – This lets you know we are a bit busier than normal. We will typically respond within a day but say 3 days because some tasks take longer
  4. Training date changes
    • New User Orientation is the 2nd Wednesday thru Spring 2023
    • Repeating popular trainings for the rest of the year – dates will be out soon
  • Business Objects 
    1. Old ART gone – “Connect to ART” link in the top right has been replaced
    2. Guides on Freshdesk
    3. If need help next Ask the HelpDesk is Aug 24th 
  • Privacy Poster 
    1. Poster must be posted at every agency and needs to be visible to clients. We have a bunch printed out on poster board.  If you need some let Melissa know and you can pick them at HSD or we can drop them off to you.   
  • Survey results
    1. The system is a lot and 2 hr user orientation isn’t enough.   Users need to come prepared. Should know what projects they will be working with. Must be logged into a computer and ready to learn, not sitting in a car watching on a cellphone.
      • Admin’s role is to do the one on one training with the user.   Guides are available for support
    2. Many responses that training is needed let us know if you need training. We do not know who you are.
    3. All the information isn’t being communicated to the users.  Many comments of users asking for specific trainings that we have been doing and have been set up in emails and posted in system news.
    4. We have a list of suggestions from the survey. We will send out an email to all users with our goals for the next year.   
  • System Change – Vote    
    1. Turn off Back date pop up screen – 75% voted yes. This is a system preference, it is On or Off for the whole system, we will turn it off for now 
  • Agency Intros 
    1. Lots of new agencies and people. Went through each agency and did introductions.  This is something we will do once or twice a year.

    1. What would you like on next month agenda?
