The Daily Unit report in WellSky can be used to find client / summary information on the beds and units in use in ShelterPoint projects. Your project is a ShelterPoint project if SHELTERPOINT is in the project name in the HMIS.

Running the Report in WellSky
Navigate to the left panel on WellSky, choose Reports, and Daily Unit Report.
You will be given five prompts, please fill them out accordingly and click Build Report. For CheckIn/Checkout Filter, you can filter to see all clients, units in use, New Checkins, and / or checkouts. The Sort By prompt allows you to choose how you would like the results sorted at the bottom of the report, your options are: Check in Date, Client, Gender, and Group ID.
Reading the Report
After you click Build Report, you should automatically see the report appear lower on the same page. There are three sections if you run a date range, and two sections if you run a single day. When running a date range, the report begins with a summary of Unit Stays Over the Entire Period.
Here you can see a count of how many clients stayed in your project which nights, as well as a summary count of gender by client.
The next section (showing one date at a time) shows your client list with demographic information, as well as Room / Bed information, and check-in / check-out dates.
The last section (showing one date at a time) provides a summary count of clients in units, new checkins, and checkouts.
Important! If you run the report for a date range, the bottom two tables will still only populate for one day at a time. To navigate between dates, please use the drop down menu or the buttons at the top of the chart.
