These settings only need to be changed the first time you access Business Objects after 5/15/2022. While it is not necessary to change these settings to access reports, it will make the interface much easier to navigate!
First, click on "Connect to BusinessObjects" in the upper right corner of your browser.
When you are taken to SAP BusinessObjects, click on the person icon in the top right and then click on Settings
A popup window will appear. Make sure you are on Account Preferences -> Page Preferences
Click on the slider to turn Use Administrator Provided Settings Off.
We recommend that you change Select Home Page to Custom Page, set the Landing Page to Folders, and Select Folder to lane_county_live_folder (click the arrow next to Public Folders, then click on the name lanecounty_live_folder, then click OK).
Click Save at the bottom of the window. If the Save button will not let you click on it, select one of the other settings tabs on the left side and then the Save button should work.
