Agency Admin Responsibilities

Modified on Thu, 7 Apr, 2022 at 10:18 AM

The Agency Admin Agreement outlines the responsibilities that agency admins have:

  • Email the Help Desk when there is a person at your agency who needs an HMIS license
  • Train users at your agency on their specific workflow. Lane County provides an overview of the system in New User Orientation. You can start training users on their workflow as soon as they have a license, even if they have not attended orientation yet.
  • Notify Help Desk any time a user leaves your agency or is taking a leave of absence
  • Run Data Quality reports at least once per month and make sure all projects meet the requirements of the Data Quality Plan
  • Attend agency admin meetings and share relevant information from agency admin meetings with your staff
  • Inform Lane County about program changes that affect HMIS like number of beds or changes in funding sources
  • Submit the Project Set-up Form at least 3 days before any new project starts
